Neck Work in Session 7
This photo shows just one example of how we optimize the neck and head in Session 7. In this particular case, I am gently but firmly anchoring the mid-cervical vertebrae while Gianna slowly turns her face down toward the pillow. Since I am not allowing her mid-neck to do the rotation, she can let her upper cervicals rediscover their full natural rotation. This work can easily increase your head rotation range of motion by 10 degrees in each direction. Plus, it feels great.
