Thanks for your interest in Rolfing® !

I decided to become a Rolfer after experiencing its impact on my own life and body.

Not only did the work itself feel good and inspire me, but my 10-session series resolved chronic back pain and a year-old knee injury that had refused to completely heal.

Since receiving the work, I have felt more graceful and connected to my body. When I began practicing yoga, my joints were better positioned and coordinated, so the movement felt easy and strong.

Clients have reported better balance and posture, decreased pain and fewer injuries, as well as a more natural movement in daily life.

Please contact me to schedule a free half-hour consultation in my office. Here are my credentials and testimonials from clients!

What Are Sessions Like?

Rolfing® Structural Integration is most effective in a series of 10 sessions, where each session builds on the others. Single sessions are also available. Here is more information about Rolfing and how it can help you.

If you are doing a series of 10 sessions, you may schedule sessions weekly, biweekly, or however you like. There are also several points in the series where you may take a break.

What should you wear for your session? Many clients wear their undergarments (briefs for men, bra and panties for women), or swimwear (bikini for women). The "Rolf Uniform" can be adapted to suit your needs, so if you are shy or have other concerns, talk to me. The goal is to be able to see your structure as you stand and walk.

Sessions last 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Each session is $100. Sunday appointments are available for $110.

I offer a discounted rate of $50 for children under age 10.

My office is conveniently located in the SE Hawthorne area of Portland, Oregon at 1707 SE 33rd Street, on the corner of 33rd and Market, one block south of Hawthorne. The office door is off Market Street, several steps down. Here are more detailed directions.
