Ribs and the Front of the Shoulders in Session 1

Ribs and the Front of the Shoulders

Tension and pain in the upper back often comes from tightness in the front of the body. If you have tended to round your shoulders forward or hunch forward, working in the front of the shoulders will often be very helpful. Afterward, you may feel an openness in your heart, freer breathing, or simply a lightness in your shoulders. Take a walk after this session to notice changes in how you carry your shoulders and head.
